(“Hipposoft”) sends you HRplan promotions, campaigns, updates, event and training announcements, newsletters, and satisfaction surveys relating to its products and services only if you provide your consent, in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

Consent Statement

I have read Hipposoft Yazılım Ltd. Şti.’s KVKK Customer Privacy Notice. I consent to receiving, through the channels I select below, commercial electronic messages containing promotions, campaigns, newsletters, event announcements, and satisfaction surveys regarding HRplan products and services, using my contact information, and to the processing of my contact information for this purpose.

What You Need to Know

Consent is optional. Not providing consent does not prevent you from using HRplan services.

Service notifications are independent of this consent. Information relating to your existing subscription, such as account, invoice, payment, security, maintenance, and contract amendment notices, does not constitute commercial electronic messages and may be sent independently of your consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. You may exercise your right to opt out, without stating any reason and free of charge, by using the opt-out link or instructions included in each message sent to you, by writing to [email protected], or through the Message Management System (İYS). Your opt-out request will be processed no later than three (3) business days after it is received by us.

İYS registration: Where required by applicable legislation, records of your consent and opt-out requests are registered in the Message Management System.

Merchants and tradespersons: Commercial electronic messages may be sent to recipients who qualify as merchants or tradespersons without prior consent, in accordance with applicable legislation. Such recipients may also exercise their right to opt out at any time.

Your personal data: Detailed information regarding the processing of your contact information is provided in the KVKK Customer Privacy Notice published at www.hrplan.net.
